One system, three business outcomes

Your invoice should do more than show the bill.

Every WhatsApp invoice can help customers remember your shop, return for their next oil change and recommend you to someone new.

01

Get new customers

Build trust before they visit.

Add your Google review link and saved shop-location link to every WhatsApp invoice, so happy customers can recommend you and new customers can find you.

  • Google review requests
  • Shareable shop location
02

Bring customers back

Give every customer a reason to return.

Use oil-change reminders, loyalty points, promotional offers and vehicle history to stay connected after the sale.

  • Points and offers on invoices
  • WhatsApp follow-up
03

Manage your shop

Keep every litre under control.

Handle billing, stock, partial oil, used oil and shop reporting in one system built for the way oil shops work.

  • Accurate inventory
  • Remote owner access

Pain Points

Generic POS software misses the problems that cost oil shops money.

Lubric is designed around litres, opened bottles, customer vehicles and repeat business, not only billing.

01

Your data depends on one computer

Local software can leave sales, stock and customer history dependent on one machine, manual backups and paid technical visits.

02

Generic POS cannot understand every litre

Ordinary retail systems often miss partial bottles, loose oil, used oil, vehicle service history and true oil-stock costing.

03

A normal invoice ends the relationship

Lubric turns the invoice into a WhatsApp connection with vehicle service history and a Google review request.

How It Works

One invoice keeps working after the customer leaves.

Complete the sale, send the WhatsApp invoice and keep the customer connected to your shop.

01

Complete the sale

Record products, exact litres, services and the vehicle.

02

Send the invoice

WhatsApp opens with the invoice and customer-portal link ready to send.

03

Bring the customer back

The customer retains their service history and can leave a Google review.

Customer growth toolkit

Turn every sale into future business.

Use your invoice and customer list to promote the next visit—not just record the last one.

Promotional offers

Put your latest offer in front of the right customer.

Create reusable promotional messages for your shop and send them to customers through WhatsApp. Choose an offer during checkout to include it with the customer’s invoice, or send it directly from the customer list.

Each sent invoice keeps a record of the offer shown, helping you promote seasonal deals, service reminders and special discounts consistently.

Customer loyalty points

Make every visit count toward the next one.

Turn occasional buyers into repeat customers with a fully configurable loyalty program. Set how many points customers earn for every amount they spend, choose the rupee value of each point and set an optional minimum redemption limit.

Points are added automatically after a sale and can be redeemed as a discount on future invoices. Customers can see their earned, redeemed and available points on invoices and in their customer history.

Google Maps location

Make it easy to find your shop again.

Save your shop’s Google Maps link once in Settings. Lubric automatically includes it in WhatsApp invoices and customer messages, so customers can tap the link and get exact directions to your shop.

This shares your saved Google Maps shop-location link in invoices, reminders and customer WhatsApp messages. It is not live GPS tracking or an in-app map.

FAQ

Common questions before switching POS systems.

What is Lubric?

Lubric is a cloud-based POS and shop-management system designed specifically for oil-change and lubricant businesses. It helps you manage sales, stock, vendors, expenses, customer vehicles, partial containers, open oil and service history from one place.

Why should I use Lubric instead of a normal billing software?

Normal billing software mainly creates invoices. Lubric helps manage the daily operations of an oil shop.

It understands oil-shop-specific problems, including partially sold bottles, loose oil, used oil, vehicle service history, stock ageing and repeat customer follow-up. You are not purchasing only an invoice maker; you are getting a system designed around how your shop actually works.

Why is Lubric monthly when some POS systems require only a one-time payment?

A one-time POS is usually installed on one computer and may remain unchanged for years. Lubric is continuously hosted, maintained, backed up and improved.

Your subscription includes cloud access, data backup, software updates, technical support and newly released features. You do not have to purchase a new version whenever the software is improved.

What happens if my laptop is damaged, stolen or replaced?

Your business records are not limited to one computer. Because Lubric is cloud-based, you can log in from another authorised device and continue working.

With locally installed software, a damaged hard drive or stolen laptop can put years of records at risk unless reliable backups were regularly maintained.

Can I check my shop when I am not physically present?

Yes. You can access Lubric through an authorised device with an internet connection and review important shop information such as sales, inventory and reports.

This gives owners greater visibility and reduces complete dependence on verbal updates from shop staff.

Can Lubric manage partially sold oil containers?

Yes. Partial-container management is one of Lubric's core oil-shop features.

For example, when three litres are sold from a 3.5-litre bottle, Lubric can maintain the remaining half litre in the stock record. This helps reduce forgotten quantities, inaccurate inventory and avoidable losses.

Can it manage loose oil and used oil?

Yes. Lubric is designed to help oil shops maintain the record of loose oil and used oil received from vehicles.

This gives you a clearer picture of quantities entering and leaving the shop instead of depending on handwritten notes or memory.

How does Lubric help bring customers back?

When an invoice is prepared, the shop can send it through WhatsApp with a link to the customer portal. The customer can use this link to view the vehicle's available service history.

This keeps your shop connected with the customer after the sale and gives the customer a reason to return to the same business for future oil changes and services.

Can customers see their complete service history?

Customers can access their available vehicle-service history through their portal link. This can include previous visits and services recorded by the shop.

It creates a more professional customer experience and makes your shop more memorable than businesses that only provide a paper receipt.

Does Lubric automatically send WhatsApp messages?

Lubric prepares the invoice information and WhatsApp message for the shop. WhatsApp then opens with the message ready, and the shop sends it.

This keeps the shop in control of customer communication and avoids falsely claiming that messages are sent automatically when manual confirmation is currently required.

How does the Google Maps location feature work?

You save your shop’s Google Maps link once in Settings. Lubric can include that link in WhatsApp invoices, reminders and customer messages, so customers can tap it for directions.

This is not live GPS tracking and it is not an in-app map. It simply shares your saved Google Maps shop-location link.

Can customers use loyalty points and receive promotional offers?

Yes. You can configure how customers earn points, the rupee value of each point and an optional minimum redemption amount. Points are added after a sale and can be redeemed as a discount on a future invoice.

You can also create reusable promotional messages, attach an offer during checkout or send it from the customer list. The invoice records which offer was shown.

Can Lubric help control inventory losses?

Lubric gives you a structured record of stock purchases, sales, remaining quantities and partial containers. It can also help identify low stock and products that have remained unsold for a long time.

No software can prevent every theft or human mistake, but accurate records make unusual stock differences easier to notice and investigate.

Can I see which products have been sitting in stock for too long?

Yes. Inventory-ageing information helps identify products that are not selling quickly.

This allows you to reduce unnecessary purchasing, create offers for slow-moving products and use your cash more effectively instead of leaving it blocked in old inventory.

Is Lubric difficult for shop employees to use?

Lubric is being designed for practical daily use in oil shops, not for accountants or software experts.

The main workflows focus on common shop activities such as making sales, checking stock, recording purchases and managing customer vehicles. Training and onboarding can also help employees become comfortable with the system.

What happens when the internet is unavailable?

Lubric currently requires an internet connection and does not claim to be an offline POS.

Most shops can use their regular internet connection and keep a mobile hotspot as a backup. We believe it is better to explain this limitation honestly than to make an offline promise the software cannot currently fulfil.

In return, you receive cloud access, centralised records, remote visibility, regular updates and protection from dependence on one computer.

Why should I choose Lubric now?

The longer a shop operates through notebooks, memory and disconnected records, the harder it becomes to understand its actual stock, profitability and customer history.

Starting Lubric now allows you to begin building organised business records from today. You can manage oil-shop-specific inventory, provide a more professional customer experience and make decisions using recorded information instead of estimates.

Lubric is not just a billing screen. It is a system designed to help an oil shop become more organised, controlled and connected with its customers.
